You will be supported by England Athletics trained and insured running coaches and leaders throughout, as well as having access to their closed Facebook group for advice and support. This is a multi-award winning group that really works.
You will need to be prepared do three sessions per week, but you can do these as 'homework' in your own time if you prefer.
This is aimed at complete beginners with no prior running experience at all, but more experienced runners are welcome to come along as helpers too. Dogs, kids and buggies are welcome.
