Local LiRF Forum: Nottingham, 21 March
14 March 2016
The next local LiRF (Leadership in Running Fitness) forum is due to run in Nottingham on Monday 21st March. The LiRF forum is an opportunity for LiRF leaders from clubs and running groups to build on the knowledge and experience they have gained from the LiRF course and delivering running groups.
This time around we will be looking into building on from “Couch to 5k” work, getting runners from 5k to 10k. The forum will also include practical examples of how to include intervals, hill reps and speed work into your sessions. The session will be mostly practical and will offer an opportunity to see what other leaders in the area are doing that makes their sessions successful.
The forum is FREE and will be at YMCA Aspley, Melbourne Road, Nottingham, NG8 5HL. Date: 21/3/16 Time: 7 - 9.15pm.
