New running group for beginners in Sheffield
01 September 2011
A new beginners' running group has been set up in the Oughtibridge area of Sheffield.
Run England have worked in partnership with Activity Sheffield to set up the new running group, which will meet every Wednesday at 6pm in Coronation Park, Sheffield, from Wednesday 7 September. The group will welcome runners of all abilities with its main focus being on complete beginners.
Group Leader Holly Reay said: "The demand for running groups around Sheffield is increasing and we are lucky to have areas such as Oughtibridge where people can get away from the city and exercise in such a pleasant area."
If you're interested in finding out more about the new running group, contact Holly on 07734595928. All Run England Groups are led by fully qualified and insured Group Leaders with the skills and knowledge to support and encourage members in their running.
