What is a Run Leader Mentor?
Run Leader Mentors are here to help qualified Run Leaders.
Run Leader Mentors have lots of experience in running local RunTogether groups and want to share their expertise and knowledge with other Run Leaders. They can provide mentoring support in two ways; face to face or online.
They are very passionate about helping new Run Leaders get started and can provide an opportunity to mentor and support you as a Run Leader.
How can they help?
Run Leader Mentors will be able to provide advice, guidance and support in running a successful running group. This could include session ideas, how to recruit new runners, using social media etc.
All Run Leader Mentors are:
• Qualified
• DBS checked
• Registered with RunTogether
• Operating a RunTogether group
• Attended a training and induction session with England Athletics
