Starting at the car park next to the children's play area, the route follows the path up to the Hall before heading down to the lake. After a lap around the lake the route returns back to the Hall and finishes with a final loop around the paths in front of the Hall before returning back to the start. The route has a number of inclines and mixture of surfaces including, hard path, dirt and woodland tracks.
