The 5km route starts at Toddlers Cover & follows the River Stour to Chartham. It is a straight route along pathways & grassy fields. The route is clearly marked with yellow Active Mile Markers at ½ mile, 1 mile, 2 miles & 3 miles. It is accessible to all users from walkers, joggers to runners. The route is unsuitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs as some sections of the pathways can get waterlogged and muddy.
