This friendly race is a short lap around the field and then we run out onto the flat, Trans Pennine trail until we reach half way and then we turn back to finish off at the field.
All paths are level and safe underfoot.
It is not off road.
The only unmarked parts are the playing field at start and finish.
This course has marshalls all the way along and it's safe for you to bring your buggy, dog or other!!
I will be running and walking and will be with the last person in the group.
We will all go at our own steam, and there is no pressure to run the whole race.
It is a lovely feeling afterwards though, so please try and join us.
