Visit Run England at the Virgin London Marathon Expo

Run England are at the Virgin London Marathon Expo this week, so pop by and say hello if you're going to be there too!
Our national staff will be on hand to talk running, help you deal with those pre-race nerves and advise you on how you can continue running and improve your fitness by joining a friendly group once you've recovered from Sunday!
Even if you're not running in the race on Sunday, if you're interested in running we'd love to meet you.
We're at stand no. 525 from 10am-8pm during the week and 9am-5pm on Saturday and will be giving out info about how you can get the most out of your running, or how best to get started if you're a complete beginner. We'll also be giving out the usual freebees and anyone who joins Run England at the Expo will be entered into a prize draw to win a free cruise thanks to our partners Royal Caribbean Cruises.
The Expo includes a huge array of stands from manufacturers, brands and publications such as Athletics Weekly and Sportsister magazines and is well worth a visit for any fitness fanatic!
